The COBA Showcase Home is an opportunity for companies & individuals to feature their labor &/or materials to visitors and other builders in the Tour of Homes. This is also a COBA fundraiser with contributions from the building industry to support COBA’s mission and its efforts to keep the industry healthy and working for you! Thank you for what you do!

Progress Update
7/18/21- The COBA Showcase house SOLD during the Tour of Homes! A big thank you to all of our contributors, we could not do this fundraiser without your help! The Showcase Home won awards for Best Architectural Design and Best Garage in its category.
7/9/21- The showcase house is completed and open for the 2021 Tour of Homes!
6/1/21- Installing the millwork and cabinets.
5/5/21- Drywall is hung, taping and texturing to begin. Siding is in progress.
4/13/21 – The framing and rough in plumbing is complete. This week the crew will be working on roofing and electrical.
4/6/21 – The showcase house is underway and will be ready for the Tour of Homes the second and third weekends in July.
2/10/21 – The permit for the 2021 Showcase House has been submitted and is awaiting approval from the City of Redmond.
