Angela Hill is an experienced real estate and business attorney, and former in-house counsel for a home building and land development company in Central Oregon. She represents property owners, developers, builders, landlords, and tenants operating regionally and nationally.

Angela is recognized by clients for her practical, business-focused, and creative problem-solving approach to legal matters, as well as her deep knowledge of the real estate industry and her clients’ related business needs. Real estate transactions.  Angela handles the acquisition, development, construction, financing, and leasing for companies with real estate assets. Her work includes advising on industrial, retail, office, residential, multi-family, and mixed-use development projects.

Land use law.  Angela counsels clients in all aspects of land use law. When land use and permitting issues arise as obstacles in real estate transactions and development, Angela guides clients through the complexities of securing land use and permit approvals.

Business law.  In addition to her real estate work, Angela assists clients with select business law matters such as formation of business entities (including joint venture entities) as well as drafting and negotiating operating, consulting, professional services, asset purchase, and other business agreements.
