Redmond Window Treats is owned by Jeff and Donora Winters. Central Oregon has been their home since the summer of 1978. Donora, a fifth-generation Central Oregonian, has over 29 years of experience as a full service interior designer and is licensed with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board (CCB). What ever your style or budget, her eye for design and coordination will accentuate your space. Donora and Jeff are both Hunter Douglas Certified Installers.

Jeff has worked part time with Donora over the past 29 years and came on full time in 2017 after spending 32 years in uniform with the United States Air Force and local law enforcement. Jeff has a keen eye for detail and is also a Hunter Douglas Certified Installer. Why we are in business:
