Dennis Pahlisch founded Pahlisch Homes in 1983, after spending years combining an unparalleled work ethic with a genuine passion for the building process. Dennis’ vision was to find the perfect blend of unique location, customized design and environmentally friendly building strategies to offer his customers new lifestyle choices rather than just new homes. Today, his vision is reality not only in Central Oregon but throughout the Northwest.
Over the last 8 years Pahlisch Homes has won over 70 quality and value awards. That is more than any other builder in Central Oregon. Among those awards are Best of Show, Best Kitchen, Best Master Suite, Best interior Design, Best Front Façade, and our favorite, Best Value.
