High Desert Aggregate & Paving, Inc. is highly skilled in all phases of construction from small residental driveways to multi million dollar highway projects. Our services include crushed quarry rock, excavation, underground utilities, asphalt paving and more.High Desert Aggregate & Paving, Inc. has two asphalt plants and one portable asphalt plant. Our home base in Terrebonne serves Bend, Redmond, Sisters, Prineville, Madras, Sunriver, La Pine and all of Central Oregon. Our asphalt plant in La Grande serves La Grande, Pendleton, Baker City, Enterprise, Union and all of Northeastern Oregon. Our portable asphalt plant allows us to travel to all regions of Oregon and go where the work is.High Desert Aggregate & Paving, Inc. is proud to be locally owned and operated since 2002.
