We are a Central Oregon non-profit organization striving to provide long-term support to local opportunity youth, ages 16-24. Every year, we provide job skills training, education, and leadership development to over 250 young people who face major barriers to success. We are empowering a generation of young people to believe in themselves and achieve self-suffiency.
