Jared Huffman comes from a long line of builders and has been brought up in the trades and everything to do with building. His father, Mark, is the co-owner of Sage Builders, who has built over 300 homes in Central Oregon. Both grandfathers were developers and builders in Southern California. Jared has been a licensed independent general contractor and home builder, in Bend, since 2004. He has been involved in trade work and constrcution management of over 250 projects. He also has a Sustainable Home Professional designation through the Earth Advantage Institute, a local non profit sustainable home certifier.
