At CS construction, we are builders and are proud of the fact we can construct significant portions of any project with our own people. CS construction employs a full labor force of trades. Including concrete form setters, concrete finishers, iron workers, carpenters, and laborers. CS construction regularly self-performs the following scopes of work: concrete foundations, concrete reinforcements, concrete flatwork, (slabs/walks) masonry, steel erection, rough framing, exterior finish carpentry and interior finish carpentry. ultimately our goal is to self-perform as many trades as possible as we feel it enables us to more effectively manage the overall schedule, budget and quality of work.
