Creations Northwest is the construction arm of HT Investment Properties & Affiliates. We are a development firm that specializes in multi-family, care facilities, and self storage. The company was started in 1998 by Hans Thygeson. Over the years, we’ve designed and built over 1,000 apartment units, as well as senior care facilities, self storage facilities, single family housing, spec development, and various residential subdivisions along with commercial office buildings.
