Compass Commercial Construction Services was founded in 2008 to offer full-service construction solutions to building owners and tenants of commercial properties in Bend and Central Oregon. We specialize in tenant improvements, including office, medical, industrial, retail and restaurant build-outs, but also provide preventative structural improvements and complete ground-up construction. We’re proud to serve local and national businesses alike and have completed projects for Lone Pine Coffee, Ultimate Logging Co., PureCare Dental, Dutch Bros, Jersey Mike’s, The Capitol Restaurant, Pacific Office Automation, Mill Point Business Campus, Best Care, The Exercise Coach, Brookswood Animal Clinic and many more.
- Community Involvement
As a supporter of Friends of the Children, Compass Commercial Construction Services helped identify and perform the necessary improvements to the nonprofit’s new facility. This property brings all of the necessities to one place that will make kids feel safe, welcome and “at home”. It allows the counselors, Friends, to be there together and interact with one another.
Compass also works with Teen Challenge by employing those in the recovery program and sponsoring the Adult and Teen Challenge’s Annual Hope Golf Tournament
