Buildhouse helps design and build smaller boutique developments for clients in urban environments, while specializing in seasonally impacted areas such as ski towns, resorts and other recreational environments. 

Buildhouse also works with individual clients on a platform based, process driven model, designing and delivering our modern prefab homes. 

Recently moved from Bellingham, WA to Redmond, OR, Buildhouse is now centrally located to its larger markets which will allow efficiencies in delivering their homes. The company is now in a much easier striking distance to Northern California while still being able to efficiently serve the areas such as the San Juan Islands.
