After a decade of working as a carpenter, Nick Holdeman founded Alcove Construction, Inc. in the spring of 2005. Nick has remodeled and built new homes in Minnesota, Montana, and Maui, HI before moving to Bend, OR in 2001. He has been certified as a Sustainable Homes Professional (SHP) through Earth Advantage.

Nick Holdeman developed his skills by restoring and remodeling vintage homes before moving into new construction. He now uses this experience to build new homes with a timeless sense of beauty and form. Alcove has also transformed and updated many existing homes with a new kitchen or master bath remodel or addition.

Alcove Construction, Inc. is a small company with big heart. We work on one project at a time until it is complete. Nick Holdeman works well with both wood and people. He takes time to listen and communicate with homeowners, creating a space that will be loved.
