Our General Contractor, Chris Winans has over 14 years of experience in custom home building.  Since 2002 Chris has managed over 100 construction projects in Bend, Oregon and all over Deschutes County.

Over the years Chris has been able to gain valuable experience working with some of the region’s biggest builders in just about every aspect of custom home building; Project Management, Cost Estimating, Sales & Marketing, Accounting, and Customer Service.  When you hire Skyline Custom Homes, Chris is your primary contact and will be there to work with you from start to finish.
