Latham Excavation has over 22 years of excavation contracting experience in Central Oregon communities. We are a full service excavation company with many long established customer relationships. We have partnered with a wide range of clients -- with one overriding goal in mind: providing high quality services in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner. We offer a strong base of technical expertise along with uncompromising quality and competitive prices. We have the equipment and materials to get the job done right the first time. 20 years of continued success!Founded in 1988 and celebrating over 20 years of excavation success in Central Oregon, Latham Excavation strives to build lasting customer relationships based on trust and added value. Our staff aims to provide innovative solutions to all the Central Oregon ground conditions.Currently, there are over 25 team members working at Latham Excavation. The staff includes operators, laborers, truckers, mechanics, office personnel and management. The company is owned by Pat McClain and Cougar Caverhill; and Pat’s three grown kids work at the company as well. The core values of hard-work and honesty are evident in all of Latham’s Employees!We are a full service excavation company offering residential and commercial site prep, trenching, septic and drain field installation, pond excavation, rock wall building, onsite-crushing, and landscaping supplies including ¾” minus baserock, screened topsoil, and Hemlock Bark Mulch.Our residential team is well versed in all the challenges that come with new construction, demolitions, or remodels. We have worked in conditions in and around Central Oregon including: extreme hard rock, heavily treed tight locations and difficult slopes. We can help you with your project by offering cost saving advice and logistical planning, two challenges that come with moving dirt.Additionally, our commercial division offers large scale commercial infrastructure such as subdivisions, street crossings and new construction. We are dedicated to environmentally-friendly excavation solutions and job satisfaction. Our mobile crushing plant will maximize efficiency and minimize costs.Our goal at Latham is to provide high quality excavation services in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner.
