The COBA 2008 Tour of HomesTM will feature homes showcasing Central Oregon builders and designers. Please join us for this fun and worthwhile event.

The Central Oregon Builders Association (COBA) is pleased to invite you to register your home(s) in the 20th annual Central Oregon COBA Tour of HomesTM (TOH). The 2008 Tour of HomesTM is produced by COBA and is known throughout Central Oregon and the Northwest as “the premier new home marketing opportunity.”

COBA produces an effective marketing campaign with our media partners including approximately $100,000 worth of ads and promotion. The Tour Guide is produced by The Bulletin, which contains a page dedicated to each home, profiling the home, Builder, and subcontractors. The Tour Guides are distributed across Central Oregon, with additional copies available at each Tour home. We receive requests from interested buyers locally and across the country for these guides.

Each participating home will be entered in the Tour Awards program which is designed to generate additional media coverage for you and your home. Winners receive a plaque that is presented at the Tour Awards Ceremony. Winners may use the awards as part of their own marketing campaign.

A Builders Kick-off Party will take place prior to the Tour. During this event you will receive your Tour Guides, Tour Signs, and additional Tour material. It is important that you attend or send a representative to pick-up signage and material, as we will not be able to deliver it to you. There will be free food and beverages provided for you and a guest.

Homes registered cannot have been on any previous Tour and cannot be occupied prior to, or during the TOH. Builders entering a home on the Tour must be COBA members in good standing throughout 2008. TOH entries must use the sales price that is inclusive of the home as shown on the TOH (including all options that appear in the TOH home) with the land and/or lot costs included.
